Arrow Streak terms of use
Arrow Streak is a free puzzle game made by Brainacorn. By playing it, you agree to these terms. They are short: play fairly, enjoy the game, and know that it comes as it is.
Who we are
Arrow Streak is made by Brainacorn (https://brainacorn.com). "We" and "us" mean Brainacorn; "you" means anyone who plays the game.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to download Arrow Streak and play it on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. You may not:
- sell, rent or redistribute the app, or any part of it
- copy, modify or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows this anyway
- use it to break the law, or try to disrupt the game, its ads or the services it uses
The game, its puzzles, artwork, music and name belong to Brainacorn. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond playing the game.
Your progress
Your progress is saved only on your device, so we can't see, restore or recover it. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing your phone can delete it for good, unless Android backed it up or you saved a transfer code from the app.
Treat your transfer code like a key: anyone with it can copy your progress to their phone.
Ads and rewards
The game is free because it shows ads. Some rewards, such as extra hints, come from choosing to watch an optional video. When no video is available, the reward may not be either.
Coins, hints, tools, stars and other rewards exist only inside the game. They have no money value, can't be exchanged for money, and may change as the game changes.
Purchases
If the game offers purchases, such as removing ads, you buy them through Google Play. Google Play's terms, payment methods and refund policy apply to them: https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/
Other services
The game relies on services from Google (ads and privacy choices) and Cloudflare (the date for daily puzzles). Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them. How we and they handle information is in our privacy policy: https://brainacorn.com/arrow-streak/privacy
Changes to the game
We may update the game, change or remove features, puzzles or rewards, or stop offering it. We will try to keep your progress working across updates, but we can't promise it.
No guarantees
We work to make Arrow Streak fun and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Brainacorn is not liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for lost progress or data, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be limited.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protections your local consumer laws give you.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
